Mondays - Howecroft Community Centre, Turnbull Lane in West Howe from 6.30pm
Tuesdays - The Gym, Bournemouth School for Girls, East Way entrance from 6pm
Wednesdays - St Andrews Church centre, Millhams Rd, Kinson from 6pm
Great News from Our Tuesday Club!
We’re pleased to share that our move to Bournemouth School for Girls has been a great success — we have now been open for over six months, and classes are going very well!
Our new venue, DMA at Bournemouth School for Girls, offers a larger, purpose-built sports hall with excellent facilities and easy access from East Way, along with plenty of parking. The extra space and the use of mats have allowed us to introduce and practice techniques that were not possible before — it truly has been a positive move for everyone.
A big thank you to all our members for your continued support and enthusiasm. We look forward to seeing you in class each week!

March saw us hold the first belt test of 2026 at BSG, those taking part showed amazing qualities and the standard across all grades was extremely high.
Squad training takes place at BSG on Friday 27 March and Sunday 12 and 19 April, please speak to your coach to book one of the limited places
